This is my first time parking, what do I do?

Pull a ticket, find a parking space and wait for a driver to pick you up at your space.  They will assist with your luggage, take you to the airport and provide you with your parking space number and a phone number to call upon your return.

When you’ve returned and have your luggage you can call us directly from one of the airport kiosks or your cell phone. You may also text us at (385)444-2484 for Redwood or (385)202-2300 for North Temple that you’re ready to be picked up when you’re at the baggage claim.

The driver will pick you up, assist with your luggage and return you to your vehicle on the lot.  You will pay for your parking stay upon exiting.

Is the parking lot full?

Covered spaces may fill up from time to time, but there is always availability for our customers.

How often does the shuttle run?

It runs on demand, 24 hours per day.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, including holidays!  You will never find our doors closed.

Do I need a reservation?

No, it is not necessary to reserve a parking space.  We can always make room for you in our open lot.

Can I bring my dogs on the shuttle?

Yes, as long as they are kenneled or a trained service dog.

Do you have plug ins?

Yes, we have 48 electric vehicle plugins at our North Temple location.

Do you have handicapped parking and a handicapped shuttle with a lift?

Yes, just give us a call a few minutes in advance so that we can have the shuttle ready for you.
